AppScreen
AppScreen is a powerful yet simple tool allowing you to build candidate applications with customized requirements for both tenant and pre-employment screening purposes. This mobile-friendly application will simplify daily challenges like collecting signatures and presenting the appropriate disclosures to your client’s applicants.
By sending an invitation, you can easily collect the required information for the background check from the applicant eliminating your liabilities tied to both accidental or intentional data entry mistakes which can result in flawed background check reports.
AppSuite
As our most recent feature release, AppSuite is a completely customizable tool that both Employment and Tenant screening clients can use to collect applications. The Application can be configured specifically to individual job or property requirements. Job and lease applications can be made available to the applicant via an email invitation.
For clients that do not have a job or property board on their corporate website, we can provide you a link that you can put on your website that will send potential applicants to your personalized Job or Property board. From there, your applicants can search through available jobs or properties for lease and put in their application by clicking on the Apply Now button.
You can monitor applications in progress through the AppSuite plugin located in the client portal. Once the applicant has released the application, you can review it and determine whether or not you want to order the background check.
