Our dispute process

If you find any inaccuracies in your background report, you can dispute them with Western Verify. The investigation typically takes up to 30 days, with an extra 15 days depending on the nature, scope, or source of the information. If you have not already received one, you may request a copy of your background report, though it's not required to start the dispute.
